Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has agreed to acquire Alti SA, a French IT services company for € 75 million in an all-cash transaction. TCS says the deal will strengthen its ability and footprint to service clients in France and other European locations, serving clients in banking, financial services, luxury goods, manufacturing and utilities.
