ABeam forms Strategic Partnership in Europe with BearingPoint

MR - ABeam Consulting and BearingPoint, have agreed to form a strategic alliance. The firms say the partnership will extend the consulting capabilities of each to serve the needs of their respective clients for services in Europe and Asia. BearingPoint Holding B.V. is the European operation of the former BearingPoint that was acquired by the European affiliate's management. ABeam and BearingPoint will treat one another as preferred partners for their respective markets and cooperate on both pre-sales and project delivery. ABeam Acquires Hazelwood Partners

MR - ABeam Consulting has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based financial consulting firm Hazelwood Partners. William J. Stuart is CEO of the Dallas-based firm. ABeam established its U.S. offices in 2003, and expanded business operations there through the acquisition of Qorval Integrated Solutions in 2006, and of Tranzation in 2007. ABeam says it is continuing its U.S. operations expansion, and the practice providing financial consulting services specifically.
