Privacy Policy

Overview

Monadnock Research is strongly committed to safeguarding client privacy on its Web sites. We operate under the following strict privacy guidelines.

The only information we collect regarding our subscribers during the subscription process is what is minimally required to process credit card charges; identify the licensed subscriber; and to provide effective client service. That information is never revealed, resold, or made public under any circumstances.

The identity of each subscriber is maintained as confidential, and we never disclose membership details to any third-party. The client that acts as the primary billing contact for a specific relationship, and if different, the individual subscriber, are the only parties with whom we will discuss subscription details. If a client wishes to know others at their organization that are subscribers, we will only fulfill that request after gaining the authorization of the other party.

As a research and publishing organization we gather information on the consulting industry and the firms providing related services from multiple sources. We provide services to clients and non-clients based on that information. Subscriber details and information obtained under non-disclosure are not combined and are always maintained in separate internal systems.

Cookies

Each time a member logs into our site, we store a temporary "cookie" in the browser files of the member system. This cookie is used during your online session to allow you free access to the subscriber's area, without repeatedly requesting a user name and password. When a user logs off or leaves the site, the cookie file is automatically deleted.

External Links

Some site pages may provide links to third party Web sites. In no case is member information (or are cookies) shared with third party sites. However, many sites do attempt to capture visitor information when you browse those sites, and their privacy policies may not be as strict as those of Monadnock Research.

Once you leave our site, we are not able to alert you should another site attempt to gather information from your browser.

Security

Our Web site employs security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. We employ strict security measures to safeguard online transactions. Personal information is stored in a secured database and always sent via an encrypted Internet connection.

Choice/Opt-In

Our site gives users the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us. You can be assured that we never reveal, sell, or otherwise make available your email address to anyone for any purpose.

Each communication from us also gives users options for removing their information from our database in order to stop receiving specific types of communications from us.
