SRA International to Acquire Environmental Consultancy, Perrin Quarles

MR - SRA International (SRA) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Perrin Quarles Associates (PQA), a privately held environmental consulting firm that specializes in environmental program development and implementation for air quality and climate change. PQA has approximately 100 employees and is headquartered in Charlottesville, Va.
